Diving into Discussion Texts

This unit will explore the persuasive genre of discussion texts. Students will develop their skills in presenting balanced arguments to their readers, considering alternative perspectives of a topic - for and against. They will be supported to unpack the language features of discussion texts to set them up for success as impartial, well-informed experts, ready to make evidence-based recommendations!
