Dynamite Debates - Unit Overview

This mini unit will explicitly teach students how to prepare for, and present an effective debate. They will be supported to collaborate in debating teams and take on different roles as they build a case on an assigned topic. Students will love the creative and engaging nature of this unit and will develop a deep understanding of the structure, purpose and features of effective debates.
