Farewell Year 6: Memorable Moments

This unit is designed to highlight the achievements and memories of Year 6 students about to transition to high school. It provides opportunities for students to reflect on the experiences and learnings they have shared with peers and staff alike throughout the year, by creating memory magazines and unique t-shirts; organising celebrations, and engaging in transition to high school tasks; capturing and honouring memories, emotions and connections made.
