Fractured Fairy Tales

You have never seen fairy tales like these! In this engaging and hands-on unit, students explore a range of traditional fairy tales and their features, before twisting them into new and exciting stories. Breaking down the features of regular fairy tales including characters, setting, structure, dialogue, language and more, in the first eight lessons, creates the opportunity for a stand-alone unit within this larger unit. Alternatively, continuing with all the lessons in the unit, students will become experts in the land of fractured fairy tales, creating one of their own.
