Powerful Persuasive Sentences

Students will be introduced to five persuasive sentence structures in this explicit and engaging unit. A range of language features are explored and explicitly taught, so that students can use and explain actions and evidence in their persuasive texts. These sentence structures can be revisited throughout the year, and are easily scaffolded to allow for different entry points.
